Turmeric toddy

This is so warming & comforting as a bed time drink. 

  • A big old mug of cashew milk (you can use any milk you want but I like cashew because I like to have plenty of cashews for my mental health).
  • 1 tsp turmeric.
  • 1 tsp cinnamon.
  • 2 tsp agave, honey or coconut sugar.

Heat them all gently on the hob & snuggle on the sofa ❤️
